Take your adventure to new heights with the Hawthorn play structure. This vertically spiraled play system encourages children to climb upwards. Four climbers makes for a lot of vertically motivated fun! The fun begins at the first level where before even starting they can set their things down on the PlayCounter. Those that want to stay in the shade and play the counter is perfectly set so that they can be comfortable. Once they're ready to begin climbing they have a few options about where to start. They start with the two Wacky Wood Climbers and head to the top of the tower. Once they have reached the top, they can stop and take a look below out the Bubble Window and spin the Big Wheel at the top. When they're ready to head back down, they can slip down the Slide Pole like they're a fireman. As they head around the structure, they'll come to the Climbing Wall. They can grab on and start climbing or use the Rope to help them climb upwards. As they continue around, they'll quickly come to the Rope Ladder which they can take a moment to scale back up the structure.
When choosing a playground it is important to consider where the components have come from. Conditioned wood or recycled metal posts are both opportunities to take part in environmental stewardship. Wood was once a staple of playground design, but as time has continued, it has become less common. But, wood and natural materials make for natural learning environments that can be important for childrens development. Several teaching methods use nature and natural tools as ways to reach children. On the other hand, the recycled metal used comes from items that would otherwise rust away in dumps. The recycled plastic comes from specifically milk jugs. As Americans, we tend to drink a large amount of milk every day. This results in millions of used milk contains every year. Even if the play set purchased only uses a few thousand of those milk jugs, its that many more that didnt end up in a landfill. Your playground purchase can be part of the solution that limits waste.
